This is one of those Starbucks where the staff understands that customer service is the end-all of a business' life. I never have to ready myself for some irrational employee taking out her problems on me, as I do at far too many businesses these days. It's comfortable here. Ironically, I have never liked Starbucks coffee. I drink the frappuccinos, and they're divine.
