I find it very disheartening that they can charge 5-6$ for a drink but then when you just want/need a cup of ice or water they won't let you have that unless you buy something. Barista said this was their new policy started in January. She researched that I could buy a bag of chips for 1.50 then told me my total was 2.92. No maam not for a bag of chips. Bad research I see.
