Too busy having girl talk to help dashers or customers. Then it’s always a tone when you have to ask. Easy 20-30 minute wait every time.
Went in on a Saturday afternoon around 5. There were very few people in the store but it took over 45 mins to get two drinks. I could understand if it were busy, but I saw 4 different workers and they were taking their time doing everything. I had to wait at the counter to order then wait for the drinks. Every time I go, this place gets worse and worse.
Great Starbucks.
