Great Starbucks.
I haven't been inside, only drive-thru. Am usually greeted with a sunny smile! Sometimes quite busy at drive-thru with vehicles backed up, but what's new. Again, love the sunny disposition at the drive-thru counter! Yay!
Very disappointed in the quality and service at this location. Not sure what is going on with the espressos but they aren't as good as they used to be. Top 3 locations to compare to in my opinion are 1) Ebensburg 2) Meadville 3) Gibsonia. Hoping the Butler location can correct their issues in the near future. But until then, I won’t be back. Very disappointing since it’s so close to me.
This Starbucks location has completely convinced me to stop coming here, and I'll be uninstalling the app after this. Every visit is the same story: if your order is anything beyond the absolute basics or has even one customization, expect confusion and mistakes. The wait times are unacceptable—I have never been through this location in less than 20 minutes, and on more than one occasion I've waited nearly an hour. I stopped into this local Starbucks for early morning coffee and a breakfast item. I was served very quickly, and my food and drinks came out fast. The staff got my order for drinks and food right, and I was on my way in less than ten minutes.
