Depending on what employees are working, you'll either have the worst experience of your life or a mediocre experience. Employees have no urgency. After placing your order they will gossip with each other, leaning all over the cups, and stare you down instead of preparing it. Music is far too loud. Tables and chairs are filthy. Same girl leaning all over the cups over and over argues back at customers when called out for not doing her job.
This is a really busy Starbucks, across from the courthouse. And yet, it is exceptionally well-run, efficient, & friendly. Props to the entire team!
Love the team very fast and Great energy
