Excellent, best starbucks in nyc!
i cannot stand this place. the manager who’s name i believe to be Neville cannot do anything right. he continuously puts the wrong drink in the machine and then if he’s making the drinks he always makes them incorrectly. he refuses to fix his mistakes and gets an attitude when called out. i’m so sick of the negative energy of that place.
