Currently at this location. I bought the bagel it was barely toasted not what I requested. The oatmeal was luke warm so when you add milk it became cold. Not pleasant! There is no choices with milk here. It seems like they lowered the ball here. 10/15/25. I went to starbucks again on 161st Bronx. They are some staff who are nice but the others can be nasty. Each time I order from this particular location they always get the order wrong. They do not even try. Uber Eats must be tired of giving me refunds because of this location. They charge but never actually give why you order. They need a a revamp and rehire process. ASAP
