Only giving it a 4 because of one employee who handle a crazy rush 03/8. Wasn’t able to see his name but he had a Supreme beanie on… everyone else not sure what they were doing but despite it being so hectic and lots of people waiting he was able to still engage with customers. He noticed when another employee didn’t fill a cup all the way up and fixed it immediately while still attending to his station. You could see the vast difference in work ethic compared to his colleagues….and my drink still came out good.
My drink order listed as finished for over 2-3mins while I watched the baristas have a conversation. He finished making a drink and I had to wait another couple of minutes before my full drink order was ready. When I asked why lie about it being ready, I was told that as soon as the sticker is pulled that it says all of the drinks are ready - that’s a lie. You have to hit the system to update. Your team lies to give fake timing for drinks, do not give the complete order before sending ready status and then want to argumentat... read more
