Very Disappointing Experience Very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. I waited for a long time, and the employees didn’t even acknowledge me or look my way. Not even a simple “we’ll be right with you” or “please wait a moment.” I was completely ignored. I understand that they can be busy, but acknowledging a customer and letting them know they’ll be helped soon is basic customer service. I expected much better from Starbucks.
Giving 2 stars because the barrista was rude. Kept calling me "mommy", was disrespectful. No greeting, no courtecy. Mommy thus, mommy that! It is the first time I see this kind of behavior. Starbucks, dont you train your personnel any more?
This morning at 7:00 a.m. was an incredibly busy time at this Starbucks. Dan was the only customer service representative running the coffee Booth, and did an incredible job. He was kind, and friendly, and moving so fast to get everyone's orders taken care of. Thank you so much, Dan!!!
This location is closed. Also very rude barista. I walked up to ask if they’re open and the response I got was “the lights are off so no”. When I asked what time they open I was told “we don’t know”. I was very puzzled by this interaction. Turns out they are remodeling and the location is permanently closed at this time.
