Maddie at the Willits Starbucks is hands down one of the best baristas I’ve ever encountered. She’s always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely makes the experience better every time I come in. I stop by this Starbucks in the evenings pretty often, and I want to give a shoutout to the young woman with the curly hair who usually works nights. She’s almost always holding things down by herself, but you’d never know it based on her attitude. She’s consistently friendly, calm, and welcoming, even when there’s a rush. It really makes a difference to be greeted with kindness at the end of a long day. I hope she gets recognized
