Qick, efficient drive thru
I had a really disappointing experience at the Starbucks location here in Livermore. My Frappuccino was extremely watered down, so I kindly asked if they could remake it. Since I was at the drive-thru, I had to park and go inside to have it remade. Unfortunately, the employee seemed very upset about having to remake the drink and was slamming the cup and ingredients on the counter. It felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable.
