I came to Seattle for work and this store exceeded my expectations in every way. When you walk in it's so welcoming, I was greeted immediately with a smile and a friendly hello by the store manager! The store is very clean, even the bathrooms! My order was taken efficiently and the cashier was so sweet. My drink was absolutely delicious and my conversation with the store manager, Amanda, made my entire trip. I ordered a mobile order with the expected ingredients in the included picture. Now keep in mind this is a non-busy Sunday morning before noon. There was no honey included or a spoon and was the knife supposed to be a joke. The barista at the window just stared with his mouth open like he was tongue-tied or something. Starbucks, you have to do better than this.
Costumer Service here Sucks … Very rude and not polite at all … Never coming back again..
