The employees here are amazing! Very good service and the new Oatmilk Pecan Crunch is super good. This is the first location I've been to in a long time where I was happy with how much ice was used. They also had some free samples of the new flal drinks when I went.
manager rude, insincere, and nicklendimes you for condiments that used to be complimentary. coffee & food quality is mid with inflated prices. no wonder starbux has fallen out of favor with their former gold members. with two incoming competitive chains at their tail, they're gonna be begging to be relevant very soon

I am so confused i had ordered a drink as a venti and it must’ve got misconstrued which is totally fine but when i had said it was supposed to be a venti whoever was working the window at like 2pm today 7/10 had some of the WORST attitude i’ve ever seen like girl this is ur JOB, starbucks higher better employees 😭i get ur busy but dang i didn’t make you work here i just was mentioning something.
