I’ve been a Starbucks customer since 2013, and this was one of the more disappointing experiences I’ve had. Yesterday, my drink was made incorrectly, and due to time constraints, I let a staff member know I had to leave rather than wait for it to be remade. "I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop at this store. It's terrible. It's terrible. This is the worst store, I want it to be closed. Because the employees aren't doing their job. " It's like they don't get paid at all.
Drive too small for truck. No way you can pass a truck thru the driveway. Cost me $5k in damages just getting a coffee
Service was best as usually
I had an amazing experience with Starbucks on Flatbush Ave! The service was quick and efficient, and they did an outstanding job catering for our women’s conference. Everything was well-prepared, the coffee was fresh and absolutely delicious, and the entire team was professional. A special thank you to Manager Joe, who went above and beyond. His level of care and customer service truly stood out! I highly recommend this location.
