Service was best as usually
I had an amazing experience with Starbucks on Flatbush Ave! The service was quick and efficient, and they did an outstanding job catering for our women’s conference. Everything was well-prepared, the coffee was fresh and absolutely delicious, and the entire team was professional. A special thank you to Manager Joe, who went above and beyond. His level of care and customer service truly stood out! I highly recommend this location.
Two times I've been here and they were supposed to be open according to their app and Google and it seems like they just close whenever they feel like it. I even ordered one time and had to receive by Starbucks itself. Its a inconvenience and a waste. On top of that they see you at the door and don't even acknowledge you. Horrible service.
Unwelcoming, inhospitable, ugly -- why does this place even exist? Shame on Starbucks for taking something that's supposed to mean community, a nice break, hospitality, and stripping away every amenity to exploit the neighborhood. No seating (not even for a disabled person waiting for their order). No restrooms. No welcome. Had a great experience here recently at this location. There were only two workers and they provided great customer and helped with a confusion with my order.
