The young woman working the drive-thru around 8:40 a.m. on Saturday, wearing headphones, was unprofessional and rude to a coworker. I ordered a venti iced chai latte with cold foam, but it was really milky and barely tasted like chai. These drinks are too expensive to taste like a cup of milk, so I politely asked if they could remake it. I was very apologetic and even told them they didn’t have to add the cold foam again I just wanted it to actually taste like chai. They do not keep the immediate property outside clean. Garbage and long weeds. It was really good in the beginning; however, the past 3 months it is declining. There also is a young lady who could care less about customer service. On her cell phone ear piece having conversations about some guy, while she is also trying to service coffee/get pay at window.
