Yesterday, I placed my order ahead around 1:20 PM for drive-thru pickup. I arrived about 7 minutes later, which was around the estimated time the app said my order would be ready. When I got there, there were only about two cars in the drive-thru and no cars in the parking lot, so I figured it would be quick—especially since I had already ordered ahead and needed to get to work.
