Management of this location is so lazy. I've been twice in one week and was told both times that cold brew wasn't available because the shift before didn't make it. Coffee is your business-- make the coffee.
Take a long time to get what you want and very expensive for coffee
This is the 3rd time this has happened in literally 2 weeks. You go, the person infront of you either makes a hard order that takes forever, or they messed up the order and have to remake it. I understand that is out of the baristas control. What I don’t like is that I will be waiting for 20 minutes behind said car and when I get my drink you can clearly tell it’s been sitting there for those 20 minutes.
