If you want to wait 30 minutes in the drive through for a small tea look no further. I’m very impressed with how long it took for someone to pour ice and milk in a cup. Our order was also wrong. Management needs to hire more people. I don’t leave bad reviews, just honest ones.
Over 30 minute wait for two iced lattes is not okay!!
Four employees and four customers waiting 10-15 minutes each for simple orders. Super slow and grouchy employees. No eye contact and just yelling your name and shoving your drink toward you and turning away. I pass through regularly and won’t ever stop in again. ***And do not tell me to click a link to provide more feedback. That’s lame.
