I almost always have a good experience here. Employees are usually friendly and the drinks and food are great. Not really any complaints
Ordered my hot Cafe Americano thru the app and when I picked it up less than 10 min later it was ice cold and when I went back around and asked for them to remake it the batista tried blaming it on delayed pick up and lectured me on how it's not their fault and gave me attitude. Ummm it was ice cold and should definitely still be hot! Yes, they remade it but attitude came with it even when it was handed to me.
