I wish I could give this morning’s visit to Starbucks a 0/10 when it comes to customer service. I stopped in to order a sandwich and a drink, and unfortunately, the experience from start to finish was disappointing. The young woman taking my order seemed disengaged, scrolling on her phone as I placed it. Later, when I realized I had forgotten part of my order, I returned to add the items and pay. staff is rude and won’t help anyone
They saw me online and 3 black people skip chasire sees don't say it word what because I'm white I know the whole mall is black but come on every place I go in mall they take other race first
This Starbucks was once my go-to location, but recently the drink quality has declined significantly. Only about three baristas consistently prepare drinks to the high standard I’ve come to expect. It’s disappointing to see the lack of attention and care that now goes into most of my orders compared to the excellent service I used to receive here.
