Every time I go to this location I regret it! SMH….. I can pre-order my drink thru the app 20min before & get there and it’s STILL NOT READY!! They move soooo slow with ZERO sense of urgency & they’re not even friendly =/
The staff rather talk to each other and laugh then take your order. Regardless if you do mobile pick up or order they take 30 min to make a drink it’s sad
Absolutely worse location and utterly unorganized they have people working in her with NO Idea what they are doing NO CUSTOMER SERVICE all guys and clueless 😡
