Went there recently and felt completely ignored by the young male who was taking the orders. Customer service is poor. I waited over 10 mins for a hot cup of tea, and a slice of iced lemon loaf, while staff went to the back. Starbucks need to retrain these staff. I will NEVER patronize this location again!
My coffee tasted like water
The staff is not good at all, the staff does not work, he keeps a job according to his head. So orders or waiting. It is very difficult to get an order. I'm not at all satisfied with the staff. Very bad staff. I haven't received anything for a month. I received the order today, and I won't take it anymore if you care. It's that bad, I've never seen it that bad.
Went in there to get my drink took a really long time for me to get my drink and then I asked the barista if I can get a cupholder just just a little cupholder for my drink cause I have another one that’s in my car. She told me that they’re not allowed to give them out anymore and I’m like But I just saw you gave a customer one she said oh they’re not allowed to give it out. I’m like even if I’m a customer I just pay for a drink. Yeah not a great experience
They are notorious for taking forever with orders, but today just now, they’re not taking regular orders due to being understaffed? Sign on the door and everything ..just close at this point
