Service is horrible and very, very slow, after being online for like 10 minutes waiting another 10 minutes for my coffee and my my danish that I had to take out cold because I had to leave and catch my train and I walked out with a cold. Danish and the coffee sucks.
I guess i have to look a certain way to get service. You have employees that are biased and unquailified to serve the public.
