My grande chai tea and blueberry muffin was amazing!
I believe he said his name was Jeremiah, but today he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I went in to get a hot drink because I’m loosing my voice and he recommended me the medicine ball. He genuinely seemed to care about me gaining my voice back.
I went this Saturday the 3/2/ 2024 Bella took my order at the Starbucks here at Kroger. She was rude since the start, didn’t greet me and slammed my drink and my straw 😡,When I left an older white lady went up to place an order and Bella the cashier’s mood lifted. That did not leave a good impression. I as a person of color took that disrespectful. Will not be coming back sadly.
The people struggle to get your order right. You go to other Starbucks that's not in a store and they understand the drink you order and get it right.
