Not my favorite starbucks. Very busy parking lot, hard to get in and out of and to find a parking spot. Most Staff is weird . Long waits at the drive thru. Go to willow lawn or glenside drive and forest avenue instead.
Went in to get a cup of ice and was told by Susan that it would have been in the same transaction and I would have to place a new order. No customer service at all. The worst starbucks.

Horrible customer service an coffee didn’t taste good at all an they gave me the wrong coffee that I didn’t ask for.I told them to remake it they had a attitudeI got my damn refund an I went somewhere else lol🤣an taste way better than their shit water
