Ordered a drink. 15 minutes later no drink. I reminded them about my drink. 10 minutes later still no drink. Got eyes rolled at me when I asked again and then wanted to refund… Just make your coffee at home.
Be careful with mobile pickup orders at this location. My coffee was missing from the pickup area when I arrived. I waited about 10 minutes and then spoke with a staff member who handled this situation poorly. Instead of checking the order pickup area, she just simply clicked on the iPad and showed me an order that appears to be pending even though I had placed mine around 20 minutes ago and then suggested I may have ordered at the wrong location, I had to make an extra trip to verify my order only to find out that it had li... read more
