Not only is this location slower than other locations but the employees and managers are not quite up to par . Toxic energy. I informed Alyssa ( manager) my drink wasn’t made properly and she snapped at me and told me” thats the way we make them here! “ she turned her back and ignored me . Sorry but I won’t be coming back to this location.
Always friendly and made correctly
Very disappointed. Got their pumpkin loaf and Starbucks must have changed the recipe because it is dry and flavorless now. Just awful. Then I wanted a pumpkin chai and l they were out. Then I got an iced brown sugar shaken espresso and that just tasted like milk with a hint of flavor. If I wasn't going to be late for work I would have gone back through the drive thru to get my money back. Super disappointing.
