Terrible interaction with baristas. I go to starbucks everyday and get a venti strawberry açaí with light water not because of the extra charge but because of the water inclusion. I was told that wasn’t possible for the first time here. I went yesterday and was told otherwise. He said so there’s no loop holes to get a drink. What are we considering loop holes? a customization of a drink to my preference? Was met with extreme attitudes as well definitely do not recommend. Extremely disappointed and feel disrespected.
Coffee cake was great, I'll still take Caribou Coffee over Starbucks any day, but this was closest. I like it cool but when I'm in a long sleeve t shirt and a hoodie and still cold....turn up the thermostat.
