Second time in this store they gave me the wrong drink
Had to order via the app to get service. While I was standing in the store, was more important that 3 employees clean then one take an order. Switched to the app after waiting in line by myself for 5 minutes while 2 employees looked at me, one greeted me as I entered. This point, I may as well go to 7/11 for the better customer experience.
I get coffee every morning, I also get the same coffee every morning. There is one employee that gets my order wrong every time. I watched her read my cup today and still missed everything I paid extra to add, and this happens more often than not when she makes my drink. Now I'm frustrated at work with a distasteful coffee. Will be going out of my way to go to another Starbucks in the future.
There’s a reason this Starbucks gets great reviews. The only con is, no drive through. Other than that it is very clean inside. They are super nice and made a perfect drink.
