So disappointed in what has happened to this place. This was always my favorite Starbucks and I often told them that when I came. They were always prompt and everything was correct. For the last year this place is in the toilet. My order is never ready even when the app says it is. It’s often wrong. The wait times are ridiculous. Really terrible.
The staff here are some of the best I've ever experienced across all the starbucks on the island. Everybody is always friendly and fast regardless of how busy it is (:
