They aren't calling people off or keeping up with drinks. I was waiting for a long time. One worker got nasty about my name on the receipt because I requested to have my name called. I wanted to be called once it's done. I don't want to be sorting through other people's drinks to look for mine. I won't return to this Starbucks.
Ordered my partner a coffee as a timed order 25 minutes prior to pickup; and the person at the window was very rude to her. they said they had just got the order and were condensing about her being there and it not being ready. she then got to the window and explained it was ordered early and the employee said that they had just gotten it. i feel like its not that hard to explain you’re busy or got behind with orders without being rude. this location never makes great coffee, so we will continue to go 10 minutes out my way t... read more
