Always understaffed and out of things. Apparently today 4/29/26 a bunch of people called out. I've been in the drive through for 30+ minutes. They were only taking one order at a time even though the line was to the street. The cashier was very nice and apologetic.
I usually get the same drink at every Starbucks, and I’ve noticed a bit of a problem with the staff here. When I asked for light ice, they said it would make room for milk, which I’m happy with. But they still put in the same amount of ice, which felt too much and took away all the coffee flavor. This happened on April 20th around 4:00 PM, and it’s happened a few times since then.
