I ordered a Blonde Vanilla Latte with sweet cold foam and caramel drizzle, I did not get the caramel drizzle. This is the second time it has happened at this exact location. My friend also ordered a different drink with caramel drizzle after me and she received caramel drizzle. So if they can’t add it to that specific drink then I shouldn’t be charged for it.
thought they opened at 8 but was told they don’t open for another half hour. she offered to make my drink for me anyway. appreciated this so much and she was super friendly!
