Takes forever completing online orders and wastes gig drivers time. They don’t do things in order they cater to their in-house customers and keep drivers waiting for 20+ minutes. It wastes our gas, our mileage, and gives us poor ratings. Get your shit together.
The employees, especially a young man named Sam were very kind and incredibly helpful with suggesting drinks for my wife and kids who don’t like Coffee. It is obvious that he knows a lot about coffee, and cares about his customers.
