I mistakenly ordered from the other Henrietta location. They were amazing and filled my order anyway and didn’t make me feel like the idiot I was for not checking the address in the app when I preferred online. The best customer service and the drinks were as amazing as always. Sugar free vanilla protein latte with protein foam. Can’t taste anything different than my regular lattes and get a protein boost even when I don’t have time for a meal on the run.
I’m a usual customer at this location but today is the last day that I would go here! I didn’t get the name of the person but whoever He is completely unprofessional in the drive through!! He didn’t even get my order correct and I had to go inside to get the rest of my order. If He can’t deal with the public and having any decorum for how he is with customers then He doesn’t need to be in this job! And by the way… the drinks were horrible tasting! What a waste of money!

Everything was great. But if your looking to do work and need to charge your laptop or ipad or whatever. It’s terrible here I will never come here and do work again. NONE of their outlets work.
Wonderful store. The employees at this store are welcoming, kind, patient and friendly. Shea helped me with my order today and knew what the best recommendation was, and was a joy to talk to!
