Me and my friends were the only people in there for about 15 minutes and we were in there for half an hour. When we finally got our drinks, one was completely water and barely tasted like anything.
Painfully slow at 10am. They have 1 person making drinks with TWELVE (yes I counted them because I had the time while I waited 🙄) people waiting for their orders...
Good music and good vibes with employees. I accidentally spilled all my coffee in my car and when I asked for napkins, they offered to remake my drink! Thank you guys again, I really appreciate it!
I’m a regular here before work and on my lunch break. This is a great store. They are very quick and friendly. My only note is that there seems to be a lot of employee turnover here. This makes it hard to establish the “third place” feel that Starbucks is known for, like getting to know your baristas. Regardless, the team clearly knows what they are doing, because this doesn’t hinder their service in any way. Love it here, keep it up.
