I had a very concerning experience at this Starbucks. I ordered a single drink priced at $5.95. When I got to the drive-thru window, the employee told me my total was $5.95. Before handing me the card reader, the employee had already selected a tip option on the screen. I was never given the opportunity to choose a tip amount myself. Bought this 40 min ago on a hot day (so a lot of it has already melted), asking for "VERY light ice" because last 5 times I've asked for "light ice", I still got a full cup. If I'm going to pay $6 for a drink, I might as well have more than two sips and a large cup full of ice. This is truly annoying. Next time I'll have it remade instead of driving away with something I didn't want. Regardless of anything, it'd be great if the barista got the order right on the first try.
Music was way too loud. Left with a headache and you couldn’t hear anyone if you were trying to have a conversation.
Typical Starbucks. Service was good, not great, wasn't acknowledged at the handoff, but quickly and efficiently replaced my incorrect drink without any fuss.
