Just left after getting the Bearista cup that I missed out online and this is one of the two locations I frequent. Everyone working this morning was wonderful. Super friendly, as always and all smiling. There was maybe about 10 of us waiting, but all went smoothly. I know these drops can get hectic, but I wanted to make sure everyone working this morning was recognized. Thanks! 😊
Customer service here is absolutely atrocious. WAY better over at Hylan Dr., they are actually friendly. I have also had multiple issues with them not making my drinks correctly and giving me the wrong food. Will not be coming back to this location again.
I had a very concerning experience at this Starbucks. I ordered a single drink priced at $5.95. When I got to the drive-thru window, the employee told me my total was $5.95. Before handing me the card reader, the employee had already selected a tip option on the screen. I was never given the opportunity to choose a tip amount myself. I then tapped my card to pay, expecting to be charged the stated total of $5.95. After the payment went through, I noticed the terminal showed $11.43 instead.
