Preordered cookie and 2 coffees on app at 3:08 pm on 1/25/25. 5 min drive to store. Only cookie ready when I got there, no problem. Then as I patiently waited for 10 min, I finally stood at end of counter. 3 people working and 2 appeared to only be working on drive through orders. Another gentleman was at other end of counter doing I’m not sure what. No sense of urgency nor was I even acknowledged until the gentleman decided to come over and help with coffees.
