The morning staff at this coffee shop was unfriendly and rude. They gave me the wrong order, and when I pointed it out, they rolled their eyes instead of apologizing. They all speaks Spanish to each other and rude. I almost got a ticket for waiting so long bc they took all the orders from online first. 20 mins waiting time for a simple latte. Terrible and terrifying.
I HATE WHEN THE BIG GIRLS ARE WORKING AND THE OLD LADY. LACK OF ATTENTION TO CUSTOMERS, MORE CONCERNED ABOUT FINISHING AN ONLINE ORDER INSTEAD OF TAKING CARE OF 1 CUSTOMER IN THE STORE WAITING FOR A DRINK. THIS ESTABLISHMENT SUCKS! NO WONDER THE REVIEWS. THE GIRL SAW ME WAITING WHILE THE OTHER GIRL IS OBLIVIOUS TO CUSTOMERS, SHE POURED COFFEE IN MY DRINK AND THEN PUT MILK, I ORDERED A DRINK WITH ESPRESSO, I LITERALLY WATCHED HER DO IT AND LIE IN MY FACE! THIS PLACE CAN REALLY F OFF NOW!
Barista starts my drink then gets overwhelmed I guess and stops to make 4/5 other drinks for people that are not already waiting (Only I am) while mine sits there melting, then hands me an already melted Frappe for my birthday drink… Whoever was on bar today 8/18 at 1:45pm like girl do better
