Yesterday i ordered some egg bites . After i received my order i asked for some sauce. One of the employees said “no problem let me get it for you”… but then was stopped by another customer. Another employee asked me if i needed anything and i said oh yes they’re getting me some sauce . I was just about to get a coffee, but I had a craving for coffee, and I waited 15 minutes. They couldn't make it. They wouldn't even refund my money and said they couldn't do anything. A black girl was working, a girl named Başak, and a guy named Başak. I was completely dissatisfied and didn't understand anything. You can have my money. I drink coffee at Starbucks all the time. I've never seen such a hassle-free place with such terrible staff. I don't recommend going here, and I was even late for work because of it.😑
Having Starbucks in the downtown is amazing !
The staff is always friendly and kind, the drinks are always made correctly and quickly, and the space is very clean with a good atmosphere. One of the best Starbucks I have visited.
