I don’t know who the guy is that is working this morning 10:30am 8/8 but he needs to be trained on the basics of what matcha is. My friend had to have him make my very basic 3 ingredient matcha latte three times because he was convinced that matcha plus almond milk makes the drink completely white? Um, no? It’s green buddy. He was rude and honestly this isn’t the first time we have had to get drinks remade here. This location isn’t consistent with anything.

This store is so inconsistent. I get a pretty simple latte and have had to have them remake it numerous times. People aren't trained well enough. Management is very weak and I can never tell who is actually in charge there. For the cost of a drink here I'll have them remake it as many times as it take which should be only 1 try. If they can't steam milk or pull a shot correctly why are they employed? Music is usually way too loud to stay inside and outside can also be ruined by the volume of the music playing. Yesterday i ordered some egg bites . After i received my order i asked for some sauce. One of the employees said “no problem let me get it for you”… but then was stopped by another customer. Another employee asked me if i needed anything and i said oh yes they’re getting me some sauce . This particular employee looked over rolled her eyes and grabbed the sauce from that employee and then proceeded to tell me “ next time order the sauce with your order because we count inventory “.
