Just had the grossest matcha latte I've ever tasted! Tasted like it was only matcha mixed in water and then served to me. I even asked to 2 extra pumps of classic syrup and caramel drizzle and there was obviously no caramel on it when they gave it to me which makes me believe that forgot to put any sweetener in there as well. I couldn't even taste any milk. Whoever took my order through drive-through was also rude.
I just love the staff. I go there a lot 😬 every time I go inside to pick up my mobile order, they always greet me by name, and I just love that! All the staff are great!
Worst experience ever terrible attitudes from employees and district manager!
Always a fantastic start to my day! The people at this location are the BEST!
