(Drive thru) This used to be a great Starbucks. Used to go here all the time and leave satisfied. Now when I go, I always have to have my drink remade more than once. It's very frustrating when the baraistas won't listen to the order and end up just ruining the drink and my poor morning. I'm sorry to say but the morning staff do not do a good job. Went through the drive thru. No coffee in my over iced Caramel Macchiato?
Loved our barista! He was nice, friendly and energetic! My coffee was superb. He liked my Grateful Dead shirt and wrote "Dead Head" he called everyone friend. Keep that guy! It's so hard to find good customer service!
