I'm not a frequent Starbucks visitor because the corporation is constantly doing the most to make the world a worse place to be despite the efforts of their employees, but I'll come in to spend a gift card once in a blue moon. The quality has definitely gotten worse since the last time I was in to get something. The individual location was alright and there was nothing the employees did wrong unless my drink was funky because of an error. Food and service were excellent as always. The environment is where Starbucks falls flat, as usual. It is not handicapped accessible, it's too loud, it's uncomfortable, there's no "third-place" feeling anymore, and it would have been nice to have an outlet accessible. Instead of focusing on unnecessary messages on cups and uniform changes, make Starbucks a place people want to be and can access. If I can't open a door on a bad flare day, I have to just go home. That's not accessible and not acceptable.
