I’m usually not very impressed with this location to begin with because of past experiences but today blew me away. I walked in, no one in line, no one waiting for drinks to be made, with two employees working. I waited at the counter while both employees did not greet me but did in fact look to see I was standing there. This in particular employee “Queen” who was not wearing a name tag, walked away from the entire work station to avoid me. This Starbucks inside the Kroger is not efficient and the staff appear like me ordering a drink is an inconvenience.
Should say it closes at 7:30. They turn the lights off and clean the equipment way too early.
This Starbucks is one of my favorites. Today, Christy and Sage helped me and they were so kind and fast. I love this location and it's people. Keep up the good work!! 👍
