Starbucks on route 64 and Horsehead, New York is absolutely horrible. I went in for young ladies are working and they all stood there while I waited at the register doing absolutely nothing except for chatting back-and-forth to each other over their walkies about me when I walked in they had a job they needed to be done. I am a customer that someone from outback showed up and asked me if I needed any help and the girls sat there laughing I’m highly disappointed.Its not funny laughing at someone who lost there hair to chemo. ... read more
This is my go to place. I come here every weekend to work on my research. I gave them 1 start because for the past 3 weeks the WIFI is not working. I asked the workers there about it and they said they have no control over it. Apart from that, the coffee, service, and the baristas are amazing. I love coming here, please fix your WIFI.
This is my go to coffee place. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The drinks are pretty consistent and I like this location better than the target and B&N locations. The drive through is almost always fast (when they first opened and newbies it would take over a half hour to get through) now that they are not newbies 🤪 it’s fast and consistent. Drive through will always be faster than going inside. In the spring a giant crater opens up in the drive through that could swallow a small VW Bug… they are renters not owners... read more
Alyssa at the Horseheads store is literally the sweetest! Always cheerful and happy to explain new drinks and help us with all of our orders! Love it there!
