I love to get the unsweet green tea door dashed, HOWEVER the last three times I’ve placed an order with a tea and a couple food items the Tea has arrived filled spilled in the bag, I know it might be a driver once or even twice but every time seems like maybe they need to learn how to package the to go orders better so this doesn’t happen and basically end up spending like $30 on a coffee and breakfast item after having to pay tips and service fees and not getting those back through DoorDash. A few days ago I stopped in on black Friday and bryce was very patient and funny, great service
(We were here on black Friday)I was at the target Starbucks and me and my sister are ten and we obviously are scared to order while my mom was shopping, and we had a gift card so we were spending it and the only guy working was rushing us and just being mean. I'm soeru if I'm being dramatic but I just felt sad after he said tHeReS a LiNe in a very rude tone.
I came in a couple weeks ago and my barista Katie Took The absolute best care of my friends and I. I would only come to this one just because of Kate’s beautiful smile. Sometimes you can’t find customer service as great as hers was.
