Update: Ok they've changed things around I have to admit. I kike going there again! 🫠 There's more people behind the counter making drinks & heating up the food so they're not rushed. Food hot, coffee hot or iced the way you want, but more importantly it's been consistent! The garden outside is really nice and the staff are good
I ordered a tall caramel macchiato no ice sat-sun of Aug 8-9, I had to work 16 hours both days. Both days my coffee had more milk than coffee. So sun when I arrived to p/u my order I noticed it was made with lots of milk again no coffee. I asked the barista why so much milk she replied I asked for no ice. My question to Starbucks what does having no ice have to do with the drink. She didn’t didn’t offer to fix my drink, the barista was nonchalant about the situation. Poor customer service at such a well known franchise.
