Service is horrible, there is anything else near by so that’s probably why they here still!
I absolutely love this place! There’s always a warm and welcoming staff member who greets me with such positive energy. I really enjoy the atmosphere and the overall vibe every time I visit. The customer service is excellent, and the entire team is always willing to help me, especially when I’m creating my TikTok recipes. I truly appreciate how supportive and attentive everyone is. A big thank you to the whole team for consistently making every visit such a great experience!
Finished my coffee while waiting for my breakfast sandwich, which had been sitting on the counter the whole time. The employee responsible for handing it out was busy sweeping the floor, while the others were occupied with tasks that could have waited. Eventually, the barista asked what I was waiting for—and still had to go get the sandwich instead of anyone simply handing it to me.
One of my favorite Starbucks in the area. It can get busier than some others so I try to go at off peak times or order ahead on the app if I'm going during a busy time. But I love, love, love the fact that they have fresh brewed decaf available anytime now. It's one of the main reasons I actually stopped going to Starbucks because I only drink decaf after 12:00 p.m. and they never used to have it.
