Within about 5 seconds of entering the store, I spilled my entire venti iced coffee over my table and onto the ground. I felt so terrible and offered to clean it up but was told not to worry about it. The two gentlemen who cleaned up the whole mess in just a few minutes were extremely nice and reassuring. They even took my drink and made me a new one free of charge and someone walked over to my table and brought it to me! For the past four years, I have regularly placed large mobile orders for my employees and always stop in to pick them up. Since the drinks are numerous, I have routinely placed the provided stickers on the cups myself to help prevent spillage during transport. This has never been an issue in the past. Starbucks is my favorite coffee and I always enjoy going to Starbucks because they have very good coffee and also good sweets. However, this is the first time that the coffee was a little more than half in the cup and not full, despite the fact that there is a lot of ice inside and I also specially added 3 extra espressos to make the coffee strong and delicious so that the ice does not dilute the taste. I have order uber eats from here before and never had a problem but I just got my food and they didn’t even send me what I wanted the code wasn’t prepared like I asked for it to be and they send me something I didn’t even ask for and when I try to call they don’t answer I asked for a Ham & Swiss on Baguette and they send me something else
