I used to really like this Starbucks location. However, there is definitely poor management at this site as they often close early due to shortage of staff or basic ingredients. Staff are often not properly trained to prepare drinks or provide service. Hot coffee or hot lattes are often served at room temperature or they taste like someone with no experience at all prepared them. Lastly, this Starbucks location became VERY expensive. Not sure what is going on with this specific location.
Worst experience at this location. Joce made my drink. They didn’t provide the cold foam so I returned the drink to receive the cold foam. Before adding it she sniffs the cold foam and adds it to the drink. I let them know I didn’t want a drink that someone’s nose was near. Joce laughs and the lady working in drive thru tells me to pull around and they will bring it out. They didn’t not bring it out. The only place where I was scolded for showing up a minute too early for an order. Also, there are no trash cans accessible to the drive thru, I asked the cashier to take my old starbucks cup from the previous morning. She refused. Stated they cannot take trash. Which I would understand if it was a handful of trash, not just a cup. Drove around the complex, there are 0 outdoor trashcans today. Do better. The lady who made my son's hot chocolate is a Rockstar. My son is autistic and having a hard time in school this week. So he dreads going every morning she wrote this on his cup and he hasn't stopped smiling since. ❤️
