This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Nobody is smiling. Everyone looks like it’s the most painful job on the planet. One barista’s uniform looked like it has not been washed for 2 weeks. No one was at the register, so I finally left. None of the four employees paid any attention me. I have been there before. The service was terrible but this morning I thought to try again. I am sorry they hate the job so much.
I walked in 8:00 AM on a Saturday, 4 employees and nobody said good morning. Waited for 10 minutes to make an order and nobody even came to the register to get an order like I didn’t exist. Left 10 minutes later without any coffee or goodbye. The worst service ever.
I wish I could give this store zero stars The staff working today had some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced, especially the manager. One of my drinks was made incorrectly, and I politely informed a staff member that I was happy to pay the difference to have it corrected. At first, I was ignored. Then, instead of remaking the drink properly, they just added a large amount of caramel flavoring and handed it back. Friendly great service and they put 1 cream 1 suger the other Starbucks nearby on maddison street is awful this one in berwyn AMAZING
