I was trying to get a drink and they were closed 15 minutes before they were supposed and the lady was On her phone in the back
I’m on a specific keto diet and a barista named Sierra went above and beyond, being patient and kind, to help me pick the right drink. It was peak customer service and we definitely need more of her at Starbucks!
This location is always pretty fast and friendly! Great service for a busy part of town at the drive thru.
Today I ordered an Iced Blonde Vanilla Latte with Oatmilk. I'm not sure how it's possible that the last 5 times I have ordered this drink at this location it has tasted different each time. Today, I paid my $6 for a cup of Oatmilk considering that's the only thing u can taste within the drink. Must be a new staff who was never trained or simple just don't care!
