Truly they do not follow their order ahead timing. I came 5 minutes after ordering and it wasn't even ready. People who ordered at the register after me got my drink before I did. Its ridiculous. I had to walk up to the counter to ask to get my drink. Then they had to make it when I asked. That's just so frustrating.
This is one of the largest, clean and most friendly Starbucks I’ve been to in PG County MD.
Idk what happened the day I went but someone must've passed them off before I got there bc everyone acted pissed off. I placed an order online, came in to pick it up and was ignored by all 3 employees. I had to say excuse me a couple of times to get their attention. Bc my pick up order was not on reach for me to grab it and go like all other starbucks.
