The service sucks but then when you call the corporate office and get blown off? I made the mistake of going to this location and ordered a dark medium size coffee and coffee cake around 7:30 pm? After paying for my purchase, I’m waiting for the purchase and the manager comes out and tears down the coffee machine? When the clerk tells her I’m waiting on a coffee she dismissively tells her that I can have an Americana? I explained that I didn’t ask for an Americana and I suggested they do a pour over? The drive-through service was extremely disappointing. I waited over 5 minutes just to have my order taken and then another 10 minutes to reach the window and pay. This is INSANE !!!! Drive-through is meant to be convenient, but this experience was the opposite. For the prices being charged, the speed and efficiency of service really need to be improved.
