I got almost a full cup of milk in a VENTI ice coffee. How is this acceptable?? Clearly this kid wasn’t trained at ALL because he was twiddling his thumbs while making my drink and the barista taking order wasn’t much help either. It’s totally undrinkable. Paying $6.77 for milk is crazy.
Great service
Initial Barista was very polite. Another Barista showed up and sarcastically told me to go to the end of the bar to get my drink which was still being prepared. She told the other Barista not to bring my drink to me. Would not come back to this location again.
