One star — disappointing service and inconsistent policy enforcement. I came in, placed a mobile order for a matcha iced protein drink, and stayed seated in the store. I wanted to leave a review today after all these yers of wonderful service received at this particular location where there is consistently a best service and taste of the drinks made! They treat a customer very seriously in making sure they provide the right quality and service! Cierra offered a lovely mango matcha being very patient and making a hard drink, which was not the conventional order and being very Kind and polite!
