A gentleman took my order today, I don't think he'd really ever made a caremel frappe or at least not alot but if I'm completely being honest it was the best caremel frappe I've ever had, he was so sweet, I wish I got his name! Best service ever!
This place is good, I was ordering with a gentleman and he was very nice and polite. I can see that he was still trying to learn his was around. Then comes another Starbucks employee named Rita and she’s very hostile. I was asking the guy if he had such breakfast sandwhich available and he said uhm I believe so, and she came out of no where and was like yes I do, then starts looking at his computer and I’m guessing he was having trouble imputing order and she took the biggest sigh and goes, so she ordered an iced nothing. The staff move at a slower pace compared to stand-alone starbucks, and they kept asking me what my order was, like it was lost and they didn't know what they were supposed to do.
