They always overload cream in my coffee even if I emphasize NOT to do it. If we pay well for a decent coffee, why not to have it right?
This was the worst Starbucks I have ever been to in my life. I actually went to this location twice to make sure I wasn't over reacting and they still got my order wrong. The service was piss poor and the employees just threw my drink together without any care or concern of the details I wanted added in to my purchase. My wife had to remind the Barista three times, the specifics in which she wanted her drink made and even still it wasn't done correctly. Black tea and lemonade, with a sugar cookie.
Really great baristas that seem to enjoy their customers, coworkers, and job! That makes for a pleasant environment. The drinks are consistently good. However, the bento box was a bit on the skimpy side, and I feel like the quality has dropped. The turkey pesto provolone on ciabatta was mostly ciabatta.
