I ordered a venti iced white chocolate mocha with peppermint cold foam and a brownie. I told the cashier not to heat up the brownie. They gave me the drink with no cold foam and added whipped cream, which I don't like. There was some kind of issue with the register, so the line was backed up. It was getting late and I was going to be late for work. They gave me the incorrect coffee, then told me I had to wait for the brownie.
