I ordered a venti iced white chocolate mocha with peppermint cold foam and a brownie. I told the cashier not to heat up the brownie. They gave me the drink with no cold foam and added whipped cream, which I don't like. There was some kind of issue with the register, so the line was backed up. It was getting late and I was going to be late for work. They gave me the incorrect coffee, then told me I had to wait for the brownie. Do not go to this location I was treated horribly. I purchased drinks online and had a situation where I could not leave my home before closing. I called in this morning and was told if I have the receipt they would replace my order. I go to get my drinks and was told the manager "Lora" said not to replace my drinks or give me a refund, I asked them what and why? I was told because I didn't pick them up before they closed the night before they would not replace my order! I asked again what are you guys going to do for me oth... read more
