This is my second time ordering a drink here, and it's the second time they messed up my order. It comes out dark with a taste nothing like it’s supposed to be. The first time, I thought maybe it was a mistake, so I drove all the way to Redlands and re-ordered my drink to taste how it should. I didn’t make a big deal out of it, but today I thought, ok, let’s try again, and they did it again — totally different drink that looks just like my last one: dark, off in color, and tasting like a bunch of syrups.
They are surprisingly becoming less political & woke. It’s fine to support diversity, but to make it their main platform & force it upon customers whose views may differ is not proper for any business other than a church or social club designed for that purpose. Kiddos to Starbucks for being more balanced lately.
Coffee was great. The drive thru line was long and unorganized. Not very clear where the line should be. While I was there, multiple cars started forming a second line, more than once. I was in line for 25 minutes! ☕
