VERY Slow service!!! I waited 25 minutes for a black coffee and also ordered egg bites. I got the wrong kind of eggs to top it off. No Sorry for the wrong wait and very poor customer service!!!
Stood there for 20 minutes waiting for my second drink. People who were in line behind me got their drinks before me. It took the 7 workers 20 minutes to realize I had been standing there and to ask what I was waiting for.
Ordered online with my Starbucks personal cup, only to see a plastic to go cup wasted. More plastic headed to a (hopefully recycling center) trash can.
