3/24 11:35am always come here and i was next in line, no one else was near the counter. instead of taking my order female cashier said “i’m going to take her first” and that’s it. came off so dismissive wasn’t even nice with how she said it. for whatever reason she took the order of the person who was walking up. even the other customer whoever she was to her said “oh u could have taken her first”. no other explanation or even a polite greeting anything was said by employee to make whatever that interaction was better. poor ... read more
I've been coming to this starbucks location for the last 4 years since I moved to wonderlake. hands down the best staff ever.
This is my new favorite location!!! I was meeting my mom for coffee with my 3 children (all under 5 years old) my mom was running late so I ordered and found us a seat. Mary saw that I had my hands full and she brought all of our food and drinks over to us. She was so sweet and kind to my children she made our experience amazing and helped out an overwhelmed mama!!
