My friend and I ordered two drinks and waited patiently while the customers ahead of us received their orders. After some time, we noticed that every customer who ordered after us, at least six people, had already been served while we were still waiting. I politely asked the older woman who had taken our order about the delay. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, she responded with a rude and dismissive attitude. I can't say enough about Claire who always seems to be there. She is so attentive and caring and really does an excellent job. I'll keep coming back because of her excellent customer care.
Annabelle is the best barista ever!!! She always makes my coffee with care and perfection. Even when I notice she's the only one working that shift, the drinks are always phenomenal!!! Thanks girl
