You guys deserve more accolades. The place was packed. There were lines. Every customer was polite & trying to get where they needed to be for the holidays...and yet the staff were so nice and happy. Thank you for helping lift the mood as well as making everything just the way people wanted it.
I want to give 5 stars to Ray! She was so patient and kind while I helped my mom order (since my mom doesn't speak much English). She had such a welcoming smile and even wrote a sweet 'hello :)' on my cup, which completely made my week! Ray is amazing at making a personal connection and is an absolute asset to this store. I really wanted to make sure she gets the credit she deserves for being so awesome
