Always a pleasant experience and great quality service
Suuuuper slow location 😔 Ordered a drink and a cake pop and already waiting over 15 minutes for my drink.
If for some reason you’re opening the store late, it would be nice to have a sign on a drive-through or the front door saying we’re opening late because of whatever reason. It’s not nice when I pull up when I sit a minute at a drive-through and nobody answers and then I woke up and then the door is closed and a girl waves to me and smiles and turns around. Once again a Starbucks cripples under the demand of the drive thru and mobile orders and deprioritizes people who actually show up and order from a human in the store. Taking nearly 8 mins to make a single drink in store is not acceptable. Drive thru and mobile orders as a convenience should not come at the cost of people walking into the store.
