Sometimes the drive thru is exceptionally slow . Very nice staff.
Truly awful experience. We ordered through the app for in-store pickup. We ordered a hot vanilla latte and an iced Matcha. Drove to Starbucks and there’s a sign on the door just piece of paper tape to the door stating drive-through open only. The line was long. It took us 30 minutes to get to the window and when we got our drinks, my latte was cold my son‘s iced Match was gross and his ice was melted. Terrible experience!
Way too long of a wait, place is understaffed. Feel bad for the workers it’s non stop for them
