The employee Willow was very rude. Also all the trash cans are overfilled.
Willow was very rude I asked him for the status of my food. He said and I quote “ it will be coming out can you move to the side “ the girl behind him had the food and waved at me happily and I tried to let him know that it was right behind him and he rudely cut me off and said “ move to the side”. Very rude experience it doesn’t hurt to smile either.
I visited the Starbucks at Univerisal Studios at CityWalk and it was a whole vibe; I was able to cool off and charge my phone. I was greeted by the server Xzavier and I advised him that I was not a Starbucks connoisseur and he provided excellent customer service an went above and beyond to explain everything to me and all the options. I chose a customized Mocha Cookie Crumb Caramel Frappuccino w/whip cream and it was soooo good!
Good coffee but slow service. It was particularly busy when we went but took well over 20 minutes for them to make 2 standard, nothing fancy, coffees!
Bodie was absolutely wonderful! My wife had just gotten a new latte and accidentally spilled it, and when I went back in and Bodie was incredibly kind and made her a new one completely free of charge. It was such a small gesture, but it genuinely made my wife’s day and made our experience so much better. You don’t always come across that level of kindness and customer service, and Bodie really went above and beyond. We’re so grateful — thank you, Bodie, for making her stay a little sweeter!
