Seriously the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Out of our entire order, they prepared two of our drinks wrong, one of them was wrong FOUR times (five if you count that I'd rather thrown away the beverage). The people working are so mad about you ordering, as if it was your fault they have to work there.

My daughters shaken oat milk espresso was not shaken, also my white chocolate mocha was supposed to be a grande… I got the equivalent of a tall in a grande cup… the cup was way under-filled…
