The guy behind the counter was 100% real. When finished making the drink, he called it "Mocha Cookie CRAP" HAHA! LOVE THAT. The world needs more of him!
I don't even write bad reviews because it's kinda lame to do so, I mean I work fast food myself so I completely understand. There's one specific person who makes my drink and will do so in what feels like less than 30 seconds when it should take at least a minute or two. Her customer service isn't that great at all and she's made the worst strawberry lemonades I've ever gotten from any starbucks which I dont understand because strawberry lemonade has to be one of the easiest drinks to get right.
