Very elitist location. Bad service. You can place an online order for a single black coffee, arrive 20 minutes later, and it still won't be done. Not worth my money.
Today I made a mobile order to this location so that my son could pick up breakfast for me. I ordered the chive potato bites, lemon loaf, hot cocoa and a tall pecan crunch latte. When I received it, there was so much heavy cream added to the latte that it wasn't even drinkable. My beverage was $6.75. I called the store and spoke with Alexis who told me that I had to return to the store today for a refund, which was not possible because I was not driving and was not able to return to the store today, I live on the other side ... read more
