Wait time 26 min. Needed to give discount for long wait
Unfortunately the quality of service of this Starbucks has gone downhill in the last few months. It continually takes 20 minutes to get 2 coffee. Additionally, the bar behind the counter is a mess. The staff doesn’t seem to be trained well and there is no leader like there used to be. Definitely do not recommend going on a Saturday or during peak hours. We used to love it here but I can’t say that remains true anymore.
Ellen gave us excellent service and a friendly greeting answering all our questions. Our drinks were delicious and perfect temperature to warm us up on a cold day. Bravo Starbucks for a great hometown coffee shop.
