Took my sister yesterday to starbucks and cashier who took her order, he was super nice. The order was wrong and my sister did asked for a banana matcha with cold foam. once she got her order and saw she didn’t have cold foam, my sister asked for the cold foam and one of the barista was super rude with her and said “next time, tell us” with a rude tone. my sister left uncomfortable and not welcomed from that experience. everyone could have a bad day, but let’s not take it out on people either. we’re all human and customer se... read more
