A manager needs to get on this morning's crew. I waited 30 minutes when only two cars were in the drive thru. not a problem but My muffin had cheese on it and my sandwich was cold. This is not the normal baristas that are there. I had questions at the screen. seemed like the young lady was just ignoring me.
We do NOT care about peoples sexual status when we are going to get coffee. Knock it off with the gay friendly b.s. Nobody is comitting violence or hate against gay people. Are you "straight people friendly?"
I am very displeased with the service I continue to receive. No matter what I order, my drink seems to be made incorrectly. This has happened repeatedly, and it’s frustrating to spend money on something only to receive the wrong order. I really hope the staff can pay closer attention to drink orders and improve the consistency and quality of service.
