By far the worst experience we’ve ever had with a Starbucks. Placed a mobile order at 10:39 AM 12/7/2025. The app stated the estimated time it should be done was 10:50. I approached the counter to ask about the mobile order at 11:10 to ask about our order. They said, “oh yeah, you guys are next.” Considering they didn’t even queue our order at that point, we were not. Ordered an Americano with a splash of sweet cream on the mobile app. I didn't check it before I left. When I got on the road, it was a venti sweet cream drink. I'm not exaggerating like there was a lot of cream in my coffee, there was zero coffee in there. It was completely white...not even a little bit brown from coffee. This is probably the fifth incorrect drink I've had there.

I placed two orders to get our red cups and had cardboard cups when picking up my order. The baristas were busy with customers so I didn’t fuss but I was disappointed we didn’t get our reusable cups since we collect them each year. I don’t see a way to contact the store and ask either.
