I always get the same coffee from Starbucks. But today ı was there and ı got same thing. That one was the terrible coffee ı had in my life. And ı think this girl is new. I never seen her before. They added the vanilla syrup but ı didn’t want it. And ı told them. They changed it. But ıt was still bad.

I’m not confident that even a capable leader like Brian Niccol can truly turn this company around if the underlying culture at certain locations remains unchanged. At this particular store, there seems to be a fundamental lack of commitment to customer service, starting with a troubling inability, or unwillingness, to get orders right consistently. I walked in and asked them for a cup of ice water. The guy with curly hair and a goatee intercepted me and asked me if I was making a purchase. I said yes and he said," you have to make the purchase first.". 90 degrees outside and the guy won't give me a water. I left without ordering.
